Samsung has just announced their latest smart devices listening to the name "Galaxy Tab S". The new tablets Galaxy Tab S 10.5 and Galaxy Tab S 8.4 official. Both devices feature Super AMOLED screens of WQHD resolution (2560 x 1600 pixels) resulting in impressively high pixel density. For the 10.5" Galaxy Tab S 10.5, it's 288 ppi, while the 8.4" Galaxy Tab S 8.4 one cranks it up to 359 ppi.
Samsung will offer two different versikns of the tablets having the LTE version with a Snapdragon 800 chipset clocked at 2.3GHz quad-core Krait 400 CPU, while the Wi-Fi version comes with Samsung's Exynos 5 Octa chipset having a quad core clocked at 1.3GHz Cortex-A7 and a quad core 1.9GHz Cortex-A15. Both versions come with 3GB of RAM.
The tablets come in either 16GB or 32GB of memory and support microSD card of up to 128GB of extra memory. The battery size for the 10.5" is a 7,900mAh Li-Ion battery and for the 8.4" is a 4,900mAh and of course a finger scanmer sensor like the Galaxy S5.
At the back, both tablets have 8MP cameras with LED flashes and also capable of recording 1080p video while on the front they have a 2.1MP cameras.
The devices will come with Android 4.4 kitkat out of the box in Dazzling White and Titanium Bronze colours and if you are interested in buying one or both of them you might be able to pre order them from today (in US) and get them in July at the price of $399 for the Galaxy Tab 8.4 and $499 for the Galaxy Tab S 10.5.
